Each enrolled attorney profile covered by the firm uses one central seat and one entitlement source.

Taxes, cancellation, refunds, proration, delinquency, and live terms require separate central acceptance before sale.

Smarter Justice controls account and commercial truth
One Smarter Justice account must control identity, claims, firm authority, subscriptions, covered seats, payment, billing, entitlements, support, and approved shared profile management. Divorce Law Aid retains its specialty content, public search, canonical pages, and local publication review.
Professional claiming, membership, and account management are not connected yet because the current Smarter Justice agreement and protected handoff have not been accepted for this portal.

CLAIMED — BASIC FACTUAL CONTROL is free and supports approved factual management. MEMBER — ACTIVE PAID PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP is a separate Smarter Justice entitlement state. A lapse or cancellation pauses only paid benefits; it does not erase correction, suppression, removal, or approved factual-control rights.

Live billing still requires the exact central Commercial Terms and Entitlement Manifest, one-payer seat-transfer behavior, test-mode Stripe acceptance, support, rollback, and separate owner activation.
