No surprise-charge standard

No hidden auto-renewal or silent conversion from free to paid.
No charge for a failed operation that produces no accepted result.
No urgent legal-need surcharge or paywall for safety, official resources, deletion, profile correction, or basic starting guidance.
No duplicate charge for the same covered attorney seat.
Complete central terms, taxes, cancellation, refunds, proration, delinquency, support, and dispute handling must be accepted before any sale.

State and entitlement boundaries

Claimed is not the same as member

CLAIMED — BASIC FACTUAL CONTROL remains free. MEMBER — ACTIVE PAID PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP is a separate central state and may be inactive, past due, cancelled, disputed, or suspended without removing factual profile-control rights.

Firm base and seats are separate

One claimed firm profile plus one covered attorney is $30 USD per month before applicable tax. One claimed firm profile plus three covered attorneys is $60 USD per month before applicable tax.

One payer per covered attorney

A transfer between individual and firm payment must have one effective cutover, no overlapping attorney-seat charge, no unreceipted entitlement gap, and no loss of factual profile control.

Central manifest pending: Smarter Justice must publish and accept one versioned Commercial Terms and Entitlement Manifest covering stable product IDs, currency, billing cadence, benefits, exclusions, taxes, refunds, proration, delinquency, cancellation, payer transfer, receipts, support, rollback, and revalidation before live billing.
