- The current official source, existing order or exact professional instruction has not been confirmed.
- Domestic violence, threats, protected addresses, supervised contact or another safety issue has not been reviewed.
- Regular time, holidays, decisions, transportation or communication topics remain incomplete.
- Health, education, child-care or special-needs questions require qualified review.
- Proposed ideas are not clearly separated from an existing court order or signed agreement.
- Review, approval, signature, submission or court-order steps are unclear.
