Safety, coercion, intimidation, protected-address, child-safety and power-imbalance concerns have been screened with qualified help where needed. The topics for discussion are organized at a high level without sensitive facts or proposed outcomes. Missing financial, property, parenting or other information is identified for lawful collection and independent review. Questions about options, tradeoffs and unresolved issues are listed without treating any proposal as accepted. Voluntariness, confidentiality limits, who may attend and the right to pause or seek advice are understood or listed as questions. Any possible memorandum, agreement, court submission, signature or approval step will receive exact qualified review before action.
