1. Is there any disagreement about divorce, property, debt, support, custody, visitation, or another material issue?
2. Is there a safety, address-confidentiality, order-of-protection, or safe-service concern?
3. Has a divorce action already been started by filing a summons or summons and complaint?
4. Are both spouses considering filing together and signing the joint-divorce papers?
5. Are there children of the marriage under age 21?
6. For a non-joint case, is the spouse's location known and is ordinary service expected to be possible?
